Who is this for?

We deliver dedicated menopause training for managers via a workshop that’s ideal for all managers at all levels within your organisation. Line managers, in particular, are the first point of contact for employees facing menopausal challenges. If you manage people, you manage menopause.

Practical solutions and tools for managers to help them provide a supportive environment to cultivate menopause conversations. We know that some managers feel awkward or embarrassed to approach this subject, we can help.
