Menopause awareness is about connection, empathy, and understanding. By breaking down biases and replacing awkwardness with confidence, you’ll help build a workplace culture that values openness, respect, and wellbeing for everyone.

We know that for many men, attending an employee menopause awareness session does not always feel that appealing, or even very interesting. We get that.
Maybe men need their own space to have open and honest conversations about menopause, free to speak, ask questions, and share their own lived experiences, which is why we are putting on sessions just for men.
These sessions are for men who want to better understand menopause — not as an abstract “women’s issue,” but as a real, everyday experience that affects colleagues, partners, friends, and workplaces. Whether you’re a manager, team member, or simply curious, this is your chance to learn, listen, and talk openly in a safe, supportive space.
Led by a male facilitator, this is not a lecture or a presentation — it’s a conversation but will include useful information too. You don’t need any prior knowledge, you can’t get it wrong, and no one is put on the spot. It’s about men learning from and alongside other men.
You’ll take away a clearer understanding of what menopause is, how it can affect people, and why awareness matters in the workplace. But more importantly, you’ll gain:
This is an interactive, inclusive session where your contribution matters — because real awareness starts with real conversations.
